So please sit back, relax, and let’s dive into some mouth-watering culinary delights of Kansas City.

A Kansas City Gasthaus, established in 2010, features Austrian and Central European cuisine. The menu is composed of dishes featuring authentic ingredients, with nightly specials and a happy hour you will want to fill your stein with. Our personal favorite is the Jägerschnitzel, served only on Monday.

Traditional Vietnamese street food and homestyle meals are served with a focus on the Vietnamese history of broken rice. Too many favorites to list individually; however, any menu item served with a Vietnamese baguette will hit the spot.
